Ah man I wish I could help ya. There are so many things to consider I can't think of any one to point out to you in your case =\ Keep at it, you'll work it out somehow.

Thanks Smitty, Ifinally  realised i had some wrong wire colours rejoined to extend thier lenght when i had cut my loom for the Haltech and then had to repair it all back to factory to hook up the original ECU.
 The wires are getting sorted now (unravell loom) and when my auto elect has a free day he will correct the wrongly joined wires. If all go's well  then that should be it. fingers crossed.

After all my troubles, money and time spent with mechanics, auto electricians and mates or forums, i can only highly reccomend 2 people.
