4.7 2uz v8 tundra engine wiring harness.

Hey peeps, I'm swaping a tundra engine into my 90 4x4. I have all the wiring harnesses, question is what is really needed to run the engine, Of corse, the computer and all the sensors, got gas pedal is there anything that i may need? Does anyone have a link to a wiring diagram? Thanks!

I've heard that it only takes 5 or 6 wires to make the engine actually fire and run.  The balance of the connections are to various sensors that will make it run right.   Did you get all the accessories (AC/PS Pump/Alt)?  You will need the AFM (like this one) also.

Can't run an engine without an AFM. It (along with the o2 sensor) determines the air/fuel mixture.

That is if your using the standard ecu. if using an aftermarket ecu you can run an open loop set up so you dont need oxy sensors and you can use a 1 bar map sensor insted of the AFM.

I'd like to know what it takes to swap the 2uz into a car as well, especially if you have all of the harness and sensors ... what extra wiring?

Their is two harnesses for the 2UZ motors, one for the engine bay and one for the cab in which the in cab fuse/relay box attatches to. I do not have this harness and having one hell of a hard time finding it.
