I made this for myself but my members asked if I can make some more. The dimension and the finally product is a prefect into any UZFE oil outlet. This plate also made with 1/2" aluminum plate and cut with high pressure water jet leaving clean edges. I dont know the price yet, but I wont make any money from this little plate. Please visit
